Kristian Reed is an experienced entrepreneur and intern with a robust background in diverse industries. As the founder of Kristian’s Express, a Houston-based cosmetic business, Kristian passionately creates lip balms that prioritize customer satisfaction. Previous internships include strategic engagement with Usher's New Look, where efforts focused on building partnerships aligned with organizational values, and privacy compliance at Vertafore, where risk management strategies were implemented for over 200 vendors. Additional roles as a business analyst intern at Datto and a student intern at Marathon Oil Corporation highlight strong analytical and operational skills. Kristian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Spelman College, following a high school diploma from Young Women's College Preparatory Academy.
