Kevin Hughes

Kevin Hughes has extensive experience in the lighting industry, currently serving as Central Manager Regional Manager at Ushio America since July 2006. In this role, Kevin oversees lamp sales across a territory encompassing 16 states and Canada, managing a team of 12 sales representatives. Kevin has implemented training and policies for new LED products and has successfully designed incentive programs that boosted sales activity. Previous positions include Business Development Manager at Alliance Lighting, where Kevin increased sales significantly, and Regional Sales Manager at Howard Industries, where new distributor relationships were established. Kevin also held ownership of Lighting Technologies Group, achieving substantial sales growth, and served as District Sales Manager at CEW Lighting. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lewis University.
