Lisa Friedrich has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Lisa began their career as an Assistant Manager at DC Shoes store 851/ Quiksilver store 811 in 2005. In 2008, they moved to United Vision Logistics as an Executive Assistant, VP Business Development. From 2010-2014, they held the role of Director | Producer | Writer at Fallout Theater, where they managed Facebook, Twitter, created flyers, stickers, postcards and business cards, and produced shows. In 2012, they took on the role of Communications Specialist at Houston Food Bank, where they maintained branding while creating new design. From 2014-2015, they worked at PRO Unlimited as a Facebook Ads Integrity Specialist, and at Adlucent as a Production Assistant. In 2016, they joined uShip as a Product Marketing Manager, Sr. Growth Marketing Product Manager, and SEO Manager, where they tracked organic traffic, maintained consistent rankings, optimized for improvement, and created metrics and reports for KPI's. Finally, they also held the role of Member Support Specialist at uShip.
Lisa Friedrich obtained their B.A. in Communication Studies from Texas State University between 2004 and 2008. Since then, they have obtained various certifications from various institutions such as Pragmatic Institute, LinkedIn, General Assembly, Scrum Alliance, Optimizely, and Google. These certifications include PMC Level I and II, Create a Go-to-Market Plan, Marketing Foundations: Customer Decision Journey and Value Proposition Development, UX Research: Journey Mapping, Product Management: Building a Product Strategy, Analyzing Your Website to Improve SEO, Writing Headlines, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Optimizely X Strategy Foundations and Web Foundations, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Analytics for Beginners, and AdWords Fundamentals.
