Micah Constantine

Micah Constantine has over 8 years of Human Resources experience. Micah began their career as an HR Administrative Specialist at SHI International Corp. in 2012. In this role, they were responsible for providing administrative support to the SHI Talent Acquisition Team, including Offer Letters, background checks and Non Compete Disclosures. Micah also provided Employee Exit Interviews, New Employee AX checklists and workflows for each monthly New Hire Training Class, maintained up to date Employee data, and administered enrollment of employee benefits. In 2016, they moved to uShip, where they currently serve as a Sr. HR Generalist.

Micah Constantine attended the University of North Texas from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies.
