Dayneen Webb

As the Director of Human Resources, Dayneen oversees HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Safety, and HR Compliance. Dayneen has over ten years of Human Resources experience, mostly working in the consulting and software industries.

Her notable experience includes on-boarding/off-boarding, employee relations, compliance (U.S. and Canada), benefits administration (U.S. and Canada) and immigration management.

Prior to joining Ushr, Dayneen successfully led Human Resources at GeoDigital International, administered all areas of the employee life cycle at North Highland and launched and managed diversity and community initiatives at Zoo Atlanta. Dayneen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Georgia State University and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
