Disha Makharia

Disha Makharia is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of diverse experience in various roles. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Ushta Te Consultancy Services LLP since February 2022, Disha previously held positions at Condé Nast India, including Human Resources Consultant and Manager Human Resources from October 2012 to February 2020. Additional experience includes working as an HR Associate at Siyarams Ltd from September 2010 to July 2012 and as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Indus Creed from May 2009 to August 2010. Disha holds a Master’s degree in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Finance from the University of Mumbai.
