Priyanka Nair

Priyanka Nair has worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ushur since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at UrbanPiper from 2020 to 2022. From 2020 to 2020, they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner-APAC at Aspect Software, where they were responsible for end-to-end diverse hiring in the APAC region and implemented candidate and employee engagement projects. In 2019, Priyanka worked as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Alstom Transport India Limited, where they were responsible for the recruitment process and candidate engagement. From 2018 to 2019, they held the role of Senior Program Manager at Aspect Software, managing recruitment efforts, process flow, and stakeholder management. Priyanka also worked as a Senior Manager-RPO at Absolutdata Analytics in 2018, specializing in remote talent acquisition and account management. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager at Swiss Re. Priyanka began their career in 2013 as a Consultant at Peepal Consulting, where they focused on IT requirements for investment banks and IT firms in the BFSI sector.

Priyanka Nair pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BMSIT, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
