Kimberly Youngerman

Kimberly Youngerman is an experienced leader in retirement services and business development, currently serving as VP of Retirement Services at USI Consulting Group since March 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Development at IPX Retirement, where efforts focused on strategy and proposal development, and Director of Institutional Relationships at ForUsAll, overseeing strategic initiatives and marketing. Kimberly also held significant positions at ICMA-RC as VP of Business Development and VP of Relationship Management, managing large client accounts and executing strategic plans. Earlier experience includes client relationship management and regional sales director roles at MassMutual Financial Group, The Hartford, and MetLife, achieving high client retention rates and successful market acquisitions. Kimberly earned a BA in Biology and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
