Todd Strada

Todd Strada is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and benefits administration. Currently serving as Principal at USI Consulting Group since November 2020, Todd previously held the same title at Findley from January 2019 to October 2020. Prior to that, Todd was a Managing Consultant at Findley, A Division of USI, and a Senior Defined Benefit Consultant at Findley Davies, Inc. in roles spanning from 2010 to 2018. Todd's earlier career includes positions as Lead Systems Analyst at Hewitt Associates, Senior Benefit Analyst at Lincoln Financial Group, and various analyst roles at Hewitt Associates from 2000 to 2005. Todd holds dual Bachelor degrees in Finance and Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and the University of Iowa, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
