Brittany Higgins

Brittany Higgins, GBA, is currently the Regional Employee Benefits Operations Leader for the West at USI Insurance Services, where they oversee operations, manage a team, and enhance client relations. Previously, they served as a National Account Executive at OneDigital and as an Employee Benefits Consultant and Practice Leader at Brown & Brown in Tacoma. Brittany began their career at Brown & Brown of Florida, progressing from a marketing analyst to an Account Executive, where they helped clients navigate health care reforms and design effective employee benefits programs. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia.
