Clayton Smith

Clayton Smith, CLCS, MLIS, currently serves as a Life Science Risk Advisor at USI Insurance Services, a position held since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as an Underwriter and participation in the Underwriting Professional Development Program at Travelers from August 2021 to February 2024. Clayton also worked as a Business Risk Consultant and Sales Associate at Marsh & McLennan Agency - Upper Midwest from July 2019 to May 2021. Prior engagements include a Marketing Intern position with Minnesota Loons Lacrosse in 2018 and an internship at Willis Towers Watson in 2017. Clayton holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Business Management from Carthage College, earned in 2019, and graduated from Rosemount Senior High School in 2015.
