Cody Simon is the Partner and Property & Casualty Practice Leader for USI Insurance Services in Michigan and Northwest Ohio. They previously held the role of Southeast Regional Select Practice Leader at USI Insurance Services from 2021 to 2024 and worked as a Commercial Account Manager and Assistant at Marsh McLennan in 2018. Cody also gained experience as an intern with the U.S. Secret Service in 2014 and served as a Claims Adjuster at Mendota Insurance in 2016. They earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wright State University in 2015, following their education at St. Edward High School from 2007 to 2011.
