David Mattlage

David Mattlage is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and sales across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Vice President & Practice Leader of Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services since 2010, David specializes in consulting and implementing group insurance benefit plans for mid-sized employers. Prior to this role, David held the position of VP Sales at Principal Financial Group, managing sales across major Texas markets. Previous experience includes serving as Manager of Mid Market Sales at Cole National Corporation and Sr. Account Executive at PacifiCare Health Systems, where David focused on selling and implementing insurance products for diverse employer groups. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University, completed in 1991.
