Jim Carlisle has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Property & Casualty Practice Leader and Broker at USI Insurance Services since April 2012, focusing on commercial property and casualty sales and service for USI Southwest in San Antonio. Prior to this role, Jim Carlisle was the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Commercial Insurance Sales and Agency Management at BBVA Compass from February 1982 to April 2012. Jim Carlisle holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
