Katelyn Vollnogle

Katelyn Vollnogle currently serves as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant at USI Insurance Services, starting in October 2025. Previously, Katelyn held the position of Team Lead/Technical Recruiter at isolved, where responsibilities included leading recruiting efforts for R&D, Finance/Accounting, and HR, as well as building AI and Analytics teams and serving as the point of contact for offshore technical and finance recruiting. Before isolved, Katelyn worked as an Executive Recruiter and Regional Sales Recruiter at Paychex, focusing on go-to-market recruiting and analyzing the HCM market. Katelyn began the professional journey at Robert Half - OfficeTeam as a Staffing Manager after earning a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Trevecca Nazarene University between 2009 and 2013.
