Melissa Sotolongo

Melissa Sotolongo, AIAM, currently serves as the Commercial Lines Operations Manager at USI Insurance Services since July 2023. Previously, Melissa held the position of Commercial Lines Manager at Assured Partners from January 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included leading revenue recognition and managing a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives. Melissa's extensive experience also includes roles at Mack, Mack, & Waltz Insurance Group Inc. from 2009 to 2023, where duties encompassed collaboration with agency leadership, procedural implementation, technology improvement, and staff management across multiple positions, culminating in a role as Sr. Account Manager handling a $9MM portfolio. Earlier career experience includes positions at Gateway Insurance Agency LC and Risk Management Associates, starting as a Customer Service Representative and progressing to Account Manager. Melissa studied at Broward College.
