Patricia Miller

Patricia Miller serves as the Executive Vice President and Southwest Region Practice Leader for Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services since April 2015, overseeing the regional Employee Benefits profit and loss, new business sales growth, team building, and operations across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. Prior roles include Senior Vice President as Employee Benefits Regional Director of Operations, where Patricia standardized processes across ten offices, managing 177 account managers, and as Senior Vice President of Operations for the Houston Employee Benefits Division, responsible for account management and process efficiencies. Previously, Patricia held the Vice President position at Willis Towers Watson, focusing on new business generation, and at Lockton Dunning Benefits as a K-1 Partner, managing marketing efforts and client expenses while achieving significant sales milestones.
