Stephanie McMullen

Stephanie McMullen is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as the Regional Technical Resources Director for the MidAtlantic Region at USI Insurance Services since July 2021. Prior to this role, Stephanie held positions as Head of Large & Complex Casualty Broking for Greater Philadelphia at Willis Towers Watson, and as Assistant Vice President at Chubb, specializing in Excess Casualty and Major Accounts. Additional experience includes roles at AIG as an Underwriting Specialist, Vice President at Marsh, Account Manager at NSM Insurance Group, and Assistant Account Executive at BG Balmer & Company. Early career highlights include work as a Production Editor at Tyco Healthcare and Marketing Assistant at ECBM. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Cornell University and further education from Penn State Great Valley.
