Amy Melton

Amy Melton has a diverse work experience starting as a Financial Analyst at General Dynamics AIS in 2007, working their way up to a Financial Analyst at The Boeing Company in 2010. Amy then transitioned to roles such as Financial Analyst at Xenex Disinfection Services in 2015, Sr Financial Analyst at Acelity in 2017, and eventually holding various managerial positions at USIC from 2018 to 2023, including Sr Director of Compensation & Workforce Analytics. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and mentoring team members.

Amy Melton obtained a BS in Finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2006. Additionally, they received certifications in Compensation Studies and HR Analytics from Cornell University in 2022 and 2023, respectively.
