Phoebe Vasconcellos

Phoebe Vasconcellos, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at USIC since December 2019. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Manager and Field Human Resources Manager within the same organization. Phoebe's previous experience includes serving as Regional HR Manager at ServiceMaster and Regional Human Resources Manager at Hudson's Bay Company. From July 2012 to August 2017, Phoebe held the position of HR Manager at Jewel-Osco, overseeing HR functions for two districts with approximately 6,000 associates and managing seven union contracts. Additional roles at Jewel-Osco included Associate Relations Representative, Assistant Store Director, Recruiter, Education Coordinator, Assistant Grocery Manager, and Store Manager Trainee. Phoebe earned a degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Northern Illinois University between 1999 and 2003.
