Shawn Draper

Shawn Draper currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at USIC, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Shawn was the Vice President of Enterprise Telecom Transformation at Brightspeed from September 2022 to September 2023 and held the role of Vice President of Enterprise Platform Engineering at Lumen Technologies from November 2016 to November 2022. Shawn’s career began at Sprint as a Software Engineer from 1999 to 2006, followed by roles at Embarq as Manager of Network Engineering, CenturyLink as Director of IT Systems Conversion and Manager of OSS Conversion, and various leadership positions leading up to the current role. Shawn holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Kansas State University, completed between 1996 and 1999.
