Wendy Vinard

Wendy Vinard, PHR has a diverse work experience in Human Resources, starting as a Manager of Corporate HR and Legal Affairs at United States Infrastructure Corporation in 2005. Wendy has held various roles at USIC, including Recruiting Manager and Director of Risk & Insurance. Wendy also served as Manager of Training and Development at the Office of the Indiana Attorney General before taking on leadership positions at USIC, such as Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, and currently as Director of Human Resources. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Bild & Company and served on the board of The People's Burn Foundation. Wendy has a well-rounded background in HR management and development.

Wendy Vinard, PHR completed their BA in Sociology at Butler University. Wendy later obtained a Human Resource Management Certification from IUPUI in Organizational Leadership. Most recently, they earned a Master of Professional Studies in HR Development and Administration from the University of Indianapolis - School of Business in 2021.
