USJ ISACA Student Group
Aamina Wadood is an experienced professional currently involved with AIESEC in Sri Lanka since September 2022, contributing as a content writer and operations team member while also serving as a team leader for customer relations. Additional roles include vice president of the organizing committee for LaunchPad and a member of the outgoing global volunteer team. Aamina is serving as the public relations officer and event supervisor for the University of Sri Jayewardenepura ISACA Student Group. Within the Career Skills Development Society, Aamina coordinates events, including the Best Young Entrepreneur Award, and has logistics responsibilities for the Donate Happiness initiative. Aamina is also an English news presenter for J'pura Voice. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information System at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Aamina holds corporate level qualifications from AAT Sri Lanka and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, along with a background in Information Technology and Business/Commerce from St. John's Girls' School.

The University of Sri Jayewardenepura ISACA Student Group (ISG) intends to provide students with the knowledge and experience they need to stay ahead of the competition when commencing their careers. ISG provides undergraduates who are at the threshold of entering the corporate world with an excellent opportunity to interact with professionals in the fields of IS/IT, security, and governance. Further, this intends to broaden members' knowledge and expertise in areas such as IT Audit and Assurance, Security, and IT Governance by providing a diverse range of experiences. Members can also attend events sponsored by the University and the Sri Lanka chapter.
