Carl Nottberg

Carl Nottberg has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles in business development, marketing, account management, and facilities management. Carl began their career in 1987 as the Director of Facilities at Mercantile Stores Company and later held positions as Director of Energy and Facilities at Melville and VP at Pegnato & Pegnato Building Systems Services. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the VP of Business Development at Brinco Mechanical, followed by a role as VP of Account Management at USM from 2007 to 2011. Carl then joined Bonded Filter Co as the SVP and Chief Marketing Officer from 2011 to 2014. Currently, they are working at USM as the SVP of Business Development since 2015.

Carl Nottberg attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1981 to 1983, where they studied Production Management. Prior to that, they were enrolled at Colorado State University from 1980 to 1981, focusing on Industrial Construction Management. In terms of additional certifications, Carl obtained a Florida - Class A Air Conditioning Contractor certification from the State of Florida in July 2012. Carl also holds a CAFS - Certified Air Filtration Specialist certification from the National Air Filtration Association, although the specific dates of attainment are not provided.
