Governance and Board Oversight

The Governance and Board Oversight team at the USNA Alumni Association and Foundation is responsible for ensuring effective leadership and strategic direction for the organization. This team, comprised of trustees and key officers, oversees compliance, governance practices, and the development of policies that align with the mission of supporting the U.S. Naval Academy and its alumni. They facilitate board meetings, ensure accountability among board members, and guide the organization in fulfilling its goals while fostering a strong connection within the alumni community.
