Erik Oberg is a seasoned operations manager currently serving as the Senior Center Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager at the USO since January 2020. With a strong background in community leadership, Erik has directed growth strategies and governance as Committee Chair for Boy Scout Troop 162, and managed key charitable initiatives while holding various leadership roles at the Wright-Patterson Officers Spouses Club from November 2015 to September 2024. Erik's previous experience includes roles at the USO of Central and Southern Ohio, Potomac Crescent Waldorf School, Space Imaging, and the U.S. Air Force, where significant achievements in project management, business development, and operations oversight were accomplished. Educational qualifications include an MS in Geodetic Science & Surveying from The Ohio State University, a Certificate of Advanced Study in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Denver, and a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering and German from Duke University.
