Monica Bucek

Monica Bucek, CFRE, currently serves as the Director of Development at the USO since November 2022. Prior to this role, Monica held the position of Assistant Vice President of Major Gifts and Campaigns at Illinois College from November 2019 to October 2022. Monica has extensive experience in development and fundraising, having served as the Director of Major and Planned Gifts at both Elgin Community College Foundation and Elgin Community College, along with previous roles such as Development Director at the Naperville Area Humane Society and Treasurer for the West Suburban Philanthropic Network. Monica holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Illinois College, earned in 1986, and completed the Leadership Institute through the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce in 2012.
