Charlie Koo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program coordination and volunteer engagement, currently serving as the Senior Volunteer Engagement Coordinator at the US Pharmacopeia since June 2016. Responsibilities include maintaining volunteer membership data, supporting volunteer on-/off-boarding processes, and managing internal and external inquiries regarding the volunteer program.
