Christine Lau

Christine Lau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and business development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Experience and Voice of Customer at the US Pharmacopeia since November 2021, Christine has previously held various roles within the organization, including Manager of USP Education Operations and Program Manager. Prior to joining US Pharmacopeia, Christine spent nearly a decade at Nutramax Laboratories, Inc., where responsibilities included international business development and product marketing. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management with a Business Leadership Concentration from Virginia Tech.
