Gabriela Grasa Mannino has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gabriela is currently working for the US Pharmacopeia as the Programs Director for Global Health and Manufacturing Services. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Business Development Director for Advanced Manufacturing Technologies and Senior Research Manager for Proof of Concept at the same company.

Before joining US Pharmacopeia, Gabriela worked at Johnson Matthey as a Market Research and New Technology Manager for Life Science Technologies. In this role, they successfully implemented a global business intelligence initiative for the life sciences segments. Gabriela also played a key role in developing customer insights, market segmentation, and strategic plans for product and technology optimization. Gabriela began their professional journey as a Research Assistant at the University of New Orleans, where they conducted research on homogeneous palladium-based catalysts and organic reactions.

Throughout their career, Gabriela has demonstrated expertise in market research, technology development, project management, and strategic planning. Gabriela possesses technical skills in various scientific databases, organic synthesis, purification techniques, analytical methods, and Microsoft Office.

Gabriela Grasa Mannino holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Physics from the University of Bucharest, which they obtained from 1991 to 1996. Gabriela pursued a Master's Degree in Inorganic and Coordination Chemistry at the University of Bucharest from 1996 to 1997. Later, Gabriela earned a PhD in Organic and Organometallic Chemistry from the University of New Orleans, completing their studies from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Meeting Facilitation and UX Research Methods: Interviewing from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
