Kimberly Ready

Kimberly Ready is a highly organized and efficient operations leader with extensive experience in logistics. Currently serving as the Region Operations Lead at USPack Logistics since April 2018, Kimberly excels in fast-paced environments and demonstrates effective prioritization skills to achieve objectives. Previous roles include West Regional Lead at Fleetgistics, where Kimberly initiated centralized dispatch operations and implemented key compliance systems, as well as positions as GL Lead Dispatcher and Dispatcher within the same company. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in ESE from SPC and a bachelor's degree in Legal Studies with a focus on Logistics and Transportation from Keiser University, along with various certifications including Six Sigma and handling infectious materials.
