M. Lela Demby is a highly experienced clinical and forensic psychologist currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at the Defense Health Agency, overseeing mental health services for military personnel across various branches. Demby has held leadership roles such as Chief of the Adult Outpatient Clinic at Tripler Army Medical Center and Clinic Chief in the US Army, focusing on providing behavioral health services to service members. As a Commander in the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service, Demby specializes in emergency mental health deployment and public health response.
