RDML Cedric Guyton

RDML Cedric Guyton, PharmD, MPH, GWCPM, RPh, is currently the Deputy Director of Commissioned Corps Services at the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps Headquarters, overseeing human capital management for over 6,200 officers. They have extensive experience in government and healthcare administration, including roles in the Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Cedric holds a Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences, a Master's in Public Health from Florida A&M University, and a Master Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
