Steven Palmer

Steven Palmer has a strong background in finance and business development. Steven worked at United Surgical Partners International, Inc starting in 2013, where they quickly rose to the role of Vice President, Development/Director & Development Lead. In this position, they were responsible for developing a robust pipeline of acquisitions and partnerships, negotiating key deal terms, and directing post-transaction integration. Steven successfully closed seven acquisitions that outperformed projections. Prior to USPI, Steven worked at Deloitte & Touche, LLP from 2010 to 2013 as an Audit Manager, where they managed technical accounting issues and improved international sales and divestiture services. Steven also worked at Deloitte & Touch from 2006 to 2010 as an Audit Senior/Audit Assistant.

Steven Palmer completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance at Texas Christian University from 2001 to 2003. Steven then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting at The University of Texas at Arlington from 2004 to 2005.
