Jennifer Breslin

Jennifer Breslin is the Director of Collective Bargaining and Arbitration at the United States Postal Service, a position they have held since April 2021. With over twenty-five years of experience practicing law and ten years managing a team of litigators and support staff, they transitioned to labor relations to leverage their extensive knowledge and skills. Previously, Breslin served as Senior Litigation Counsel and Staff Attorney at the Postal Service, focusing on employment law and litigation. They have also held the position of Associate Attorney at Sweeney & Sheehan, P.C. Jennifer is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law at Widener University Commonwealth Law School and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Foreign Languages from Mount St. Mary's University.
