Jennifer Wilner, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail management and supply chain planning at the United States Postal Service since July 2012. Currently serving as a Senior Retail Management Analyst and Retail Products Team Lead, Jennifer manages multiple product lines, oversees the retail lobby design for over 30,000 locations nationwide, and drives strategic marketing initiatives to enhance revenue. Previously held roles include Lead Supply Chain Planner and Supply Chain Planner, where responsibilities involved managing peak holiday distributions, conducting S&OP meetings, developing demand forecasts, and collaborating on product management in an ERP system. Jennifer began their career as a Supply Chain Management Intern at the Postal Service and previously interned with Healthy Back, where supply management skills were further developed.
