Michelle Davis

Michelle Davis has extensive experience in the postal and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Mail Handler at the United States Postal Service since November 2017, Michelle is responsible for sorting and delivering mail for dispatch. Previous roles at the USPS include Mail Carrier and Mail Handler Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed sorting mail and providing retail customer services. Prior to the USPS, Michelle worked as a Performance Quality Auditor II at Anthem, Inc., evaluating service quality and transaction accuracy, and held various positions at Amerigroup and Cigna focusing on case management and provider services. Additionally, experience includes financial services at Verizon Wireless and sprint where customer service and collections were emphasized. Michelle holds a Master of Arts in Educational Administration and Supervision and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Tennessee State University.
