Alyssa Finamore

Alyssa Finamore currently serves as the Lead Administrative Patent Judge at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), with a tenure beginning in January 2015 that includes roles as Administrative Patent Judge and Supervisory Patent Attorney. Prior to this position, Alyssa held the title of Patent Attorney at Dowell & Dowell, P.C. from February 2006 to December 2014 and at Diederiks & Whitelaw, PLC from April 2003 to February 2006. Early career experiences at Delphi include Engineering Intern roles focused on Customer Engineering and Materials Engineering during 1999 and 2000. Academically, Alyssa earned a Juris Doctor in Intellectual Property from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Youngstown State University.
