Heather Kennedy

Heather Kennedy is an experienced attorney with a longstanding career at the USPTO as a Trademark Examining Attorney since January 1925. Prior to this, Kennedy operated a solo firm from July 2015 to December 2024, providing comprehensive legal services for small and start-up businesses, including trademark and copyright matters, business governance, and commercial real estate transactions.
