Jodi Clifford

Jodi Clifford currently serves as a Trademark Examining Attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) since April 2023. Prior to this role, Jodi held the position of Director of the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic at the University of Notre Dame from August 2011 to April 2023. Jodi's legal experience includes working as an Associate at Thompson Hine LLP from May 2007 to August 2011 and at Amin Turocy & Calvin LLP from 2005 to 2007. Earlier in Jodi's career, programming experience was gained at Lockheed Martin, where employment spanned from 1993 to 1998. Jodi obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law between 1998 and 2001 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University, completed in 1993.
