Sarah Hopkins

Sarah Hopkins is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in trademark law, currently serving as a Trademark Examining Attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) since March 2020. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Trademark Counsel at adidas from July 2019 to February 2020 and was previously a Trademark Examining Attorney at USPTO from October 2016 to June 2019. Sarah's legal career began with an Attorney role at Perkins Coie LLP from October 2012 to November 2013, followed by a position as Copyright and Trademark Manager at the UW Center for Commercialization. Other experiences include an externship at the Attorney General's Office and an intellectual property management internship. Sarah also has a background in legal assistance and tutoring, with a Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law and prior studies at Gonzaga University School of Law, along with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Washington.
