Victoria Augustine

Victoria Augustine is an experienced professional at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), serving since July 2007, currently as the Acting Director of the Office of Patent Automation. With a background in coaching, Victoria has completed extensive certified training and is pursuing the ICF Associate Certified Coach Credential. As a Supervisory Patent Examiner in the Healthcare Business Methods Art, responsibilities included supervising examiners and developing training programs. Victoria has also worked as a Publications Planning and Implementation Coordinator, focusing on onboarding and operational improvements within the agency. In addition, experience includes co-coaching for the Excellence in Government Fellowship Program and earlier roles in event coordination during studies at the University of Michigan, where advanced degrees in Biomedical Engineering were earned.
