Allen Othman

Allen Othman is an experienced professional in the construction and land development industry. Currently serving as a Real Estate and Land Development specialist at Caliba Construction Group since February 2019, Othman also holds the position of CEO at USS Cal Builders, Inc. since January 1984. The expertise includes construction, infrastructure, land development, solar energy, and water treatment plants. Allen Othman earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations, and Political Science from the University of San Diego between 1977 and 1980, and attended Heidelberg High from 1975 to 1976.
