James Quaglia

James Quaglia has extensive work experience in the engineering industry. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Electrical Engineering Intern at Consumers Energy where they studied the company's 3-Phase High Voltage (4.8kV/14.4kV) Primary Distribution System, performed CYME studies, designed and released work orders for High Voltage device maintenance and capital investment, and created documents to present results of inspections. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at USS Vision Inc. as Chief Technology Officer, Director of Sales and Operations, and Machine Vision Engineer. In 2022, they joined Next Door Loan LLC as Chief Technology Officer.

James Quaglia graduated from Michigan State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2018, they obtained the CVP-Advanced certification from the Association for Advancing Automation.
