Jennifer Bradley currently serves as Branch Chief for Deterrence Analysis and Outreach at the United States Strategic Command, overseeing a team dedicated to deterrence analysis and managing the Command's Analytic Agenda and Academic Alliance since October 2021. Previously, Jennifer held positions as a Senior Deterrence Analyst at Constellation West and at the National Institute for Public Policy, where expertise in adversary decision-making models and international relations was applied to complex strategic issues. Additionally, Jennifer taught “International Relations of East Asia” as an adjunct professor at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from January 2018 to July 2024. Jennifer earned a Doctorate in Defense and Strategic Studies from Missouri State University, building on a foundation of a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics.

The commander of USSTRATCOM serves as the senior commander of unified military forces from all four branches of the military assigned to the command. The USSTRATCOM commander is the leader, steward and advocate of the nation's strategic capabilities. USSTRATCOM integrates and coordinates the necessary command and control capability to provide support with the most accurate and timely information for the President, the Secretary of Defense, other national leadership and combatant commanders. USSTRATCOM combines the synergy of the U.S. legacy nuclear command and control mission with responsibility for space operations; global strike; global missile defense; and global command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR).
