Josh Cole is an accomplished Creative Technologist and Solutions Architect at UST, specializing in technology and user experience design. With over two decades of experience, they have founded and led several initiatives, including Artistry in Games, where they explored video game artistry, and held significant roles in diverse companies, promoting user-centered design and digital innovation. Previous positions include Creative Director at ST8MNT Brand Agency, where they co-led a rebranding initiative, and UX Director at GS&F, focusing on enhancing user experiences through design strategy. They are also dedicated to mentoring top-tier teams and have taught design principles as an adjunct instructor. Josh remains committed to advancing digital solutions that improve user interaction and business performance.
