Susan Caime possesses extensive experience in the food science and quality assurance sectors, having worked with notable organizations such as Conagra Brands, Campbell Soup Company, and International Flavors & Fragrances. With a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition from Clemson University and a Master of Science in Food Safety and Biosecurity from Virginia Tech, Susan has held various leadership roles, including Technical Director for Chiquita Brands and Naked Juice, as well as serving as a Senior FSMA Policy Advisor for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Currently, Susan serves as a Principal Consultant for UST and Endeavor Consulting Group, while also being a Trustee on the Board of Directors at YINGHUA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL.
