Vinaya Kamada is an HR and DEI leader with extensive experience in talent management and employee engagement. They managed the Orbit Shifters program at Cognizant, responsible for onboarding and mentoring high-potential talent, interfacing with CxO's, and setting industry benchmarks for talent development. With previous roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and the US Consulate General, Vinaya has developed expertise in change management and performance consulting. Currently, they serve as Group Manager - HR at UST while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
