Simon Gale

Simon Gale is an experienced professional in racquet sports development, currently serving as Senior Director of Racquet Sports Development at USTA National Campus since January 2024. Prior to this role, Simon held the position of Director of Racquet Sports at the United States Tennis Association National Campus from February 2020 to January 2024. Previous experience includes managing Taconic Sport and Racquet as a Managing Partner and owning SGTennis Consulting, where expertise spanned facility management, programming for juniors and adults, event organization, 10&U Tennis implementation, and staff training. Additional notable positions include General Manager and Director of Tennis at Yonkers Tennis Center, as well as Director of Tennis at Redding Country Club and Beaver Brook Tennis Club. Simon holds a High School Diploma from Hale High School and studied Leisure Science and Sports Management at Edith Cowan University.
