B. Lynn Follansbee is the VP, Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships at USTelecom. Lynn has over 25 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on telecommunications law.

Lynn began their career as an intern at the National Newspaper Association and the Federal Communications Commission. B. then worked as a project manager at CACI International Inc before becoming an attorney at Lukas, Nace, Gutierrez & Sachs, LLP.

In 2007, Lynn returned to the FCC as an attorney and served in that role until 2014. During their time at the FCC, Lynn was instrumental in developing and implementing several key initiatives.

In their current role at USTelecom, Lynn is responsible for leading the organization's efforts to promote broadband deployment and adoption, as well as expanding its member services and partnerships. Lynn is a passionate advocate for extending the benefits of broadband to all Americans.

B. Lynn Follansbee received their Doctor of Law (JD) from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. B. also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) cum laude in Communications Studies and Psychology from Boston College. B. received their High School Diploma from Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart.
